Refund Policy

Returns 
We have a strict no returns policy. Items may be exchanged if returned in the original condition received. Apparel may be exchanged for accurate sizes or if they have been damaged during delivery. Wood works and art works may not be returned. All our products are made with care and structured and packaged properly before being sent out. Any damage during the delivery process and not due to our error is non refundable and non returnable (please email us at putitinthepost@gmail.com if you need assistance with a damaged piece and we help either advise you on what steps you can take to repair the piece or help to restore the piece if you are local to the Gold Coast and nearby areas (within an 80km radius)

To be eligible for an exchange (apparel only), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:

- apparel

- wood works and art works

To complete your exchange (apparel only), we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

Refunds (if applicable) 

We have a no refunds policy. Any damage caused can be exchanged (apparel only) or we will assist in repairing any damaged artworks if you live between Brisbane and Byron Bay on the East Coast of Australia.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and send out a new item within 3 business days. 

Sale and Gift items (if applicable) 
Sale and gift items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Apparel may be exchanged and any art/wood works can be repaired and returned to the buyer. If you need to exchange it for the same apparel item, send us an email at putitinthepost@gmail.com and we will send you the return address. 

Shipping 
To exchange/repair your product, please email us at putitinthepost@gmail.com for the address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
